Welcome to BestPhone.lk. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from BestPhone Lanka Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without express written permission by us.
BestPhone.lk sells genuine smartphones, tablets, and accessories sourced through verified channels. Products come with manufacturer or local dealer warranty as stated on each product page; warranty terms, duration, and repair process vary by brand and device and are handled per the applicable warranty policy. Product images are for illustration — actual color, packaging, or accessories bundled may vary slightly by region or batch.
All prices are subject to change without notice. We accept Cash on Delivery (where applicable), bank transfer, card payments, and — on eligible devices — a monthly installment plan with a down payment. If a payment fails or is suspected of fraud, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
We deliver islandwide across Sri Lanka. Delivery costs and estimated timeframes vary based on your location and are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues outside our control, but we'll help you track and resolve any delivery problem.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. To qualify, the device must be unused, unregistered/unactivated, and returned in its original packaging with the box, accessories, and any free gifts intact.
Physical damage, liquid damage, or normal wear after delivery is not covered by returns and should instead be handled as a warranty claim through the manufacturer or authorized service center, where applicable. Devices purchased on an installment plan remain subject to the separate installment agreement signed at the time of purchase.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
